From April 8 to June 30, 2025, Tokyo Disneyland is hosting the fourth installment of Disney Pal-Palooza, “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!”. This is the second Pal-Palooza starring Donald, following last year’s event. Disney Pal-Palooza is always known for its adorable photo spots and food, generating plenty of buzz on social media!
To help guests heading to Tokyo Disneyland avoid missing any of the cute photo spots, I’ve put together a guide to each location and what makes it special.
If you’re curious about the food this event offers (in the park and at hotel restaurants), I’ve covered that in the article below — check it out.

Map of All the Photo Spots
First, here’s an overview of all the photo spots on the park map. This time around, roughly eight separate photo spots have appeared throughout the park.

Photo Spot Details and Highlights
1. Donald Flower Bed / In Front of the Entrance
The first thing you see upon entering is the Mickey flower bed — a Tokyo Disneyland staple. Normally it features Mickey’s face drawn in seasonal plants, but for this event it has been transformed into Donald’s face.
The Donald flower bed appeared last year too, but this year it has been powered up. The big difference: tons of “Quacky Ducks” — the ducks who are Donald’s fans — now surround him. Look closely and you’ll spot Quacky Ducks holding watering cans, shovels, and even a megaphone. They appear to be the ones building the Donald flower bed, with the megaphone duck acting as on-site foreman. Just imagining the scene is adorable!

2. The Fountain of the Duck / Past the Entrance
Just behind the Donald flower bed sits “The Fountain of the Duck,” which also appeared at last year’s event. Donald’s hat gives it serious visual impact. Last time it stood in front of Cinderella Castle, but this year it has moved to the entrance area. And here too, the Quacky Ducks have joined the scene to power it up.

3. “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!” Banner
The central Donald figure on this banner is the same as last year, but the event name has been updated with an extra “Duck!” added in, and Quacky Ducks have appeared along the banner. The Donald illustrations on the left and right pillars are unchanged, but the background design has been refreshed. This year a deeper blue seems to be the dominant color of the event.

4. Central Monument / World Bazaar
A large monument has appeared in the middle of World Bazaar. The golden Donald statue is the same as last year, but the surrounding decoration has been upgraded with a fresh design.
In front, a heart made of blue roses expresses just how much the Quacky Ducks love Donald. The back side has no heart, which makes Donald himself stand out even more — personally, I preferred the rear view.

5. Curved-Mirror-Style Photo Spot / World Bazaar
A photo spot designed like a traffic curved mirror. This one wasn’t part of last year’s event — it’s a first-time addition. The mirror surface is actually reflective, and plenty of guests were leaning in to take photos with their reflection in the frame.

6. Direction-Sign Monument / Beside the Cinderella Castle Plaza
To the left of the plaza in front of Cinderella Castle stands a monument styled like a multi-directional signpost. The arrows point in different directions based on how much of a Donald fan you are — a fun, charming twist on a normal sign.

To the right of this monument, several lines of Quacky Ducks are gathered. The duck at the front of each line is holding a flag, so they appear to be following the signpost in formation. Once again, the variety of expressive Quacky Ducks here is irresistibly cute.

7. Donald Topiary Monument / Beside the Cinderella Castle Plaza
On the right side of the plaza in front of Cinderella Castle, the Donald-shaped topiary from last year has returned. And once again, more Quacky Ducks have joined the scene compared to last time. Just like the Donald flower bed at the entrance, they’re holding shovels and watering cans, so it looks like the Quacky Ducks are the ones who built this topiary too. So cute.

6 & 7. Bench with Quacky Ducks / Beside the Cinderella Castle Plaza
Near the Donald topiary monument and the direction-sign monument, you’ll find benches with Quacky Ducks sitting on them — these are photo spots too. You can sit alongside them for a photo, or pose your own plush toy next to them for an extra-cute shot.

8. Main Monument / In Front of Cinderella Castle
This is what you’d call the headline monument of the event — Donald wearing a crown and standing on his throne, with a huge crowd of Quacky Ducks surrounding him.

Take a close look at the Quacky Ducks and you’ll find each one bursting with personality. Some are holding DSLR cameras, others wear headbands and clutch glow sticks like full-on otaku fans. It’s almost like a recreation of die-hard Disney fan guests (haha). There’s genuine joy in scanning every corner of this monument.

Final Thoughts
How did you like it? Disney Pal-Palooza “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!” features even more photo spots than last year and is packed with things to see. The clearest power-up this year is the swarm of “Quacky Ducks” — Donald’s fans — who now appear everywhere. Each one has its own personality, and you can spend ages spotting their quirks without getting bored. It’s easy to focus on attractions and parades when you visit Disneyland, but this event makes photo-taking itself one of the most enjoyable ways to spend your day. Be sure to capture some great memories on camera.
