From January 14, 2026 through March 2, 2026, Tokyo Disneyland in Japan is running the fifth Disney Pal-Palooza event: “Minnie’s Funderland.” Following 2024, this is the second time Minnie has taken the starring role for Pal-Palooza.
The previous Minnie’s Funderland was pure pink — packed with super-cute photo spots and food that went viral on social media.
For anyone heading to Tokyo Disneyland this round, this guide maps every Minnie’s Funderland photo spot and what to look for — so you don’t miss any of the cuteness.
We’ve also covered the event-exclusive sweets, drinks, and souvenirs in a separate post — check it out if you’re interested.
Photo-Spot Map Overview
First, an overview map. There’s a lot to cover this round — 11 photo spots in total!
Most of them are clustered around World Bazaar and Cinderella Castle, so even with the high count, the route is easy to walk.

Each Photo Spot — What to Look For
① Minnie Flowerbed / Just Inside the Entrance
The first thing you see entering the park is the famous Tokyo Disneyland flowerbed. It’s normally shaped like Mickey’s face with seasonal plants, but for this event it’s shaped like Minnie’s face.
The design matches Minnie’s outfit for the event — blue ribbon with a heart. Unlike Mickey, Minnie has eyelashes, which makes her look unmistakably Minnie. Adorable.

② “Minnie’s Funderland” Event Banner
The entrance to World Bazaar features the signature event banner. Two different Minnie poses flank the sign — too cute.
You can pose with either Minnie individually, or stand under the banner sandwiched between both.

③ Monument / World Bazaar Center
A large ribbon monument sits right in the middle of World Bazaar.
It’s a polka-dot ribbon — Minnie’s trademark — and look closely and you’ll find Minnie’s signature in the corner. The flowing fabric texture is beautifully recreated.
The back side (facing into the park) has a mirror, with Mickey and Pluto on either side checking themselves in it.

This monument draws a line of people wanting to photograph it head-on, particularly on the park-side mirror — most guests are framing themselves in the mirror.
If you don’t want yourself in the shot, skip the line and shoot from an angle. A spot where Mickey or Pluto appears in the mirror reflection makes for a great frame.
④ Show Window / In Front of Mickey & Co. (World Bazaar)
World Bazaar has one more popular photo spot — the show window outside the Mickey & Co. shop.
Minnie peeks out from inside a heart — and she actually moves, hiding and reappearing. The playful animation is super cute, definitely worth catching in person.
Event merchandise is also displayed around the heart.

⑤ Heart Monument & Polka-Dot Bench / Cinderella Castle Plaza Sides
From here on, we move to the photo spots around Cinderella Castle.
First, at the edges of Cinderella Castle Plaza, there are heart-shaped monuments and pink polka-dot benches. Look closely and one of the polka dots on the bench is actually heart-shaped — a subtle but lovely detail.
Shoot head-on and Cinderella Castle frames nicely in the background — a great memento shot if you’re sitting on the bench with company.

⑥ Minnie Monument / Cinderella Castle Plaza Center
The flowerbed in the center of Cinderella Castle Plaza is home to this event’s main Minnie monument.
Minnie’s joined by her cat Figaro and her dog Fifi. Figaro shows up at places like Minnie’s Style Studio, but Fifi is currently only spotted in the park during this event.
The monument is packed with everything Minnie — pink, hearts, ribbons — so adorable.
And on the central walkway from this monument toward World Bazaar, there’s a pink polka-dot mat laid out (visible in the photo). Sitting on it for a photo is also super cute.

⑦ Tapestries / Around Cinderella Castle
Character tapestries are hung along the parade route around Cinderella Castle.
There are 11 characters total: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Goofy, Chip & Dale, Clarice, Figaro, and Fifi.

The tapestries are also sold as merchandise — but the Figaro and Fifi tapestries are park-exclusive and not available as goods.

The same tapestries appear in multiple spots, some with a ribbon on top and some without, and the surroundings differ — so wander around and find your favorite frame.
⑧ Crystal Minnie Monument / Behind Cinderella Castle
Behind Cinderella Castle, there’s another event-exclusive monument.
Normally this spot has a Mickey statue, but for the event, it’s been replaced with a pink crystal Minnie. The pink gradient is gorgeous.
Most guests shoot it head-on, but personally I recommend an angled shot — frame it so Minnie’s face is dead center.
The monument lights up at night, which deepens the pink and gives it an almost ethereal glow. The area behind Cinderella Castle gets pretty dark, so the pink silhouette really pops.

⑨ Standing Photo Board / Beside Brave Little Tailor Shop
The next spot is to the left of the Crystal Minnie monument, in front of Brave Little Tailor Shop (which sells children’s clothing). It’s a standing photo board, and it’s so popular that there’s always a line.
Minnie is front and center with Figaro and Fifi flanking her on either side. Loaded with pink, hearts, and ribbons — super cute.

Why is it so popular? Look at Minnie’s pose: if you stand in just the right spot and pose along with her, the two of you form a heart shape together! Not just a photo board — it’s interactive, which is what makes it shine.
This spot also lights up at night.

⑩ Street Lamps / Beside Cinderella Castle (Bridge No. 5)
This is a small spot, but it’s popular enough to draw a crowd, so it’s worth mentioning.
It’s a street lamp on Bridge No. 5, which you cross when heading from Cinderella Castle toward Toontown. The heart-shaped lamp has a Minnie-shaped topiary placed underneath.
The street lamps around Cinderella Castle are heart-shaped for the event, but this is likely the only spot where they’re paired with a Minnie topiary.
The angle frames Cinderella Castle nicely in the background, and other guests don’t appear too prominently in the shot — so it makes for a great photo.

⑪ Minnie’s House Mailbox / Minnie’s House, Toontown
The final photo spot is the mailbox at Minnie’s House in Toontown. A lot of guests pose with their face peeking over the top of the pink mailbox.
Since most photo spots are clustered around World Bazaar and Cinderella Castle, this one’s easy to overlook, and Toontown feels a bit out of the way — but the pink event-exclusive mailbox is too cute to skip. Make the walk.

Tips for Photographing the Minnie’s Funderland Spots
Here are a few things to keep in mind as you make the rounds.
Tip ① — Give Yourself Time
The first tip: leave plenty of time for photo spots.
This event is hugely popular, and depending on the location you can hit long lines. Wait times add up, so avoid scheduling right before a show, parade, or restaurant reservation. Give yourself buffer.
If you’re not particular and just want a memento shot, skip the line and shoot from an angle — that works too.
Tip ② — Mind the Sunset
The second tip is sunset timing. During this event window (January–March), the sun sets early — it starts getting dark after 4 PM.
The spots that light up at night are beautiful in their own way, but for shots with people, daylight is better. Check the sunset time for your visit and plan your photo round accordingly.
Final Thoughts
So that was every photo spot from Disney Pal-Palooza “Minnie’s Funderland.”
It’s an event drenched in pink, hearts, and ribbons — every photo spot is worth catching. Hitting the rounds makes the event much more enjoyable. The downside is that with the crowds, wait times can be long — pick your moments.
Personally, I think shooting tons of photos is a huge part of the Pal-Palooza experience. Build the memories.
