Since January 2026, Tokyo Disneyland in Japan has been hosting Disney Pal-Palooza “Minnie’s Funderland” — an adorable, hugely popular event. But did you know you can also experience Minnie’s Funderland outside the park?
Over at Disney Ambassador Hotel, the restaurant Tick Tock Diner is selling a lineup of cute event-themed breads and sweets.
This post covers Tick Tock Diner’s Disney Pal-Palooza “Minnie’s Funderland”–themed Special Set (Blueberry & Cream Cheese Sandwich) and Special Drink. Both are gorgeous, super-cute, and the flavors are genuinely excellent — read on for the full breakdown.

The Blueberry & Cream Cheese Sandwich is sold as the “Special Set” with a soft drink included. Soft drinks are typically around ¥500 on their own, so the sandwich works out to about ¥1,900 of the total. For an extra ¥400, you can upgrade the drink to the event’s Special Drink.
The set runs through March 8, 2026 — slightly later than the park event itself, so you can enjoy the afterglow even after Minnie’s Funderland wraps up. The final day is a Sunday too, which works for most schedules.
A Gorgeous, Loaded Sandwich

The headline appeal here is the gorgeous, super-cute decoration. Cute from every angle — 360 degrees of detail.
The top bun is topped with a soft cookie heart and ribbon, finished with colorful chocolate sprinkles and powdered sugar — every detail has clearly been hand-decorated.

The bottom half is also beautifully decorated, as you can see in the photo. The base has a blueberry sauce spread on the bread, topped with blueberry whipped cream, cheese cream, rare cheesecake (no-bake), blueberries, strawberries, marshmallows, chocolate balls, and finally a Mickey-shaped macaron — seriously loaded. The colorful presentation alone is mouth-watering.
Every Bite, a Different Flavor and Texture
Now for the actual taste. In one sentence: “a sandwich where every bite brings a new flavor or texture.”
The blueberry sauce on the bread gives every bite a blueberry base. The cheese cream and blueberry whipped cream are piped alternately, so the flavor shifts depending on where you bite. The cheese cream is dense and rich with a bold cheese flavor. The blueberry whipped cream has a soft blueberry note — and if you look closely, it’s actually a soft pink.
Scattered throughout are cubes of rare cheesecake on a sponge base — light and airy, almost mousse-like. The cheese here is brighter and more refreshing than the cream-cheese spread, so you get a totally different cheese note.
The fruit, marshmallows, and chocolate balls on top add accents of flavor and texture. Strawberries and blueberries bring tartness and juicy brightness. The chocolate balls give a sweet pop and a little crunch. The marshmallow has a curious melt-in-your-mouth texture. And the Mickey macaron has a crisp exterior with a chewy center — also delicious.
Every bite brings a different flavor or texture combination, so I never got tired of eating it.
Everything at Tick Tock Diner Is Available for Takeout
Worth knowing: everything at Tick Tock Diner is available for takeout, including this sandwich. Tick Tock Diner doesn’t accept reservations and there’s a daily line outside before opening — but with very few seats, dining in can mean a wait. If you’re short on time, takeout is a great option.

I ordered mine for takeout, and they pack it in this adorable box. The contents are wrapped just as carefully as the dine-in version, so taking it back to your hotel room or home to enjoy at your own pace works great. One note: with takeout, they ask you to “enjoy within 2 hours.”

“Minnie’s Funderland” Special Drink — The Full Review
Product: Disney Pal-Palooza “Minnie’s Funderland” Special Drink
Price: ¥800
Includes: Lactic-acid drink (Calpis-style base), strawberry sauce, strawberry syrup, peach syrup, whipped cream, lemon juice, mixed berries, topping sugar, blue powder
Where to buy: Tick Tock Diner / Disney Ambassador Hotel
Available: January 13, 2026 – March 8, 2026

Now for the Minnie’s Funderland Special Drink. The pink-and-red gradient is super cute. The base is a Calpis-style lactic drink layered with strawberry sauce and syrup, plus peach syrup and lemon juice. Both the bottom and top are loaded with mixed-berry pulp.
All Strawberry — A Cute-Tasting Drink
Taking a sip, the base reads like strawberry-flavored Calpis. Stir up the strawberry sauce and pulp at the bottom and the strawberry flavor amps up — full-on strawberry mode. The pulp pieces hitting your mouth are bright sweet-tart.
At the end, stir in the whipped cream on top and you get a milky, rounder flavor. The cream adds its own sweetness for yet another taste. So don’t mix the cream in from the start — fold it in partway through for a built-in flavor change.
For context: there are also Minnie’s Funderland drinks inside the park and at Sherwood Garden Restaurant at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, all strawberry-based — but each one tastes completely different. If you’re up for it, doing a side-by-side flight is a fun way to compare.
Final Thoughts
So that was a tour of Tick Tock Diner at Disney Ambassador Hotel — the Disney Pal-Palooza “Minnie’s Funderland” Special Set and Special Drink.
The Blueberry & Cream Cheese Sandwich isn’t just visually adorable — it’s a really tasty sandwich, packed with flavor and texture variation. The Special Drink is loaded with fruit pulp for a bright, sweet-tart strawberry experience.
It’s a rare chance to experience Minnie’s Funderland without even entering the park. If you’re nearby, definitely stop by Tick Tock Diner!
